MOYEN BERNEDOODLES

MOYEN  BERNEDOODLE (38-48 Pounds)

What does “Moyen” mean? A moyen is basically a Poodle term meaning a very large miniature poodle or a very small standard poodle. They are generally between about 16-20 inches at the shoulder, and about 18-35 pounds. It is the 4th size of poodle (Toy, Miniature, Moyen, Standard – some countries even have Giant) but moyen size is not yet recognized by the AKC. It IS, however, recognized in many countries outside the US.  Moyen is only a description for size and are Purebred Poodles, not mixes. Moyen means “medium” in French.
Personality-wise, they are spectacular. They have the more calm demeanor of a standard, in a really portable perfect size package. Super intelligent, funny, agile, loyal, affectionate and is passed on in the Moyen Bernedoodle.

We are located in the small town of Johnstown, Colorado, about an hour north of Denver and four miles east of I-25. Call or email us to make an appointment to meet our puppies and dogs. APPOINTMENT ONLY! We strive to keep our dogs and puppies as healthy as possible. Most people assume that when you don’t allow people to view your kennel, that you have something to hide. Unforeseen diseases can be carried in on shoes and hands, that can cause severe illness to puppies and dogs. Therefore, caution and preparation needs to be in place for outside visitors. Thank you for understanding our policy.
